Dulas Ltd

Dulas are a world renowned renewable energy company providing professional services for wind, solar PV, solar thermal, biomass and hydro energy installations. The company consists of a highly skilled and experienced team of engineers, project managers, consultants and administrators based in Machynlleth, Wales.

Established in 1982, Dulas began life producing solar-powered vaccine and blood storage fridges for use in Africa. Work with medical and aid organisations overseas remains a focus of the business today alongside a range of UK-based services, including: environmental impact assessment and planning consultancy for large developments and electronic and/or electrical engineering, project management and system specification for custom installations. Dulas is also a supplier of a range of renewable energy equipment, services and training.

Sundog Energy Ltd

Based in Penrith, Sundog Energy Ltd is a leading renewable energy provider in the UK. The company has over 10 years’ experience of the UK renewable energy market and over 400 installations countrywide. Working closely with a number of major PV and wind turbine manufacturers, Sundog is an accredited installation partner for, among others, BP Solar, Lafarge Roofing systems, ROMAG, Sharp and Proven Energy. The company has an excellent health and safety record, a well established professional client base and a reputation for delivering high quality installs.

Sundog are at the forefront of UK renewable energy policy and implementation – its managing director, Martin Cotterell, was the major author of ‘Photovoltaics in Buildings’, the DTI guidance document required for all grant assisted projects, and author of a similar guide to small-scale wind turbines for the Energy Saving Trust. Cotterell also represents the UK on an international (IEC) PV installation committee.

AES

AES has an excellent longstanding reputation in the solar thermal energy market as the UK's original solar thermal collector manufacturer. Established in 1979 and based in Scotland, AES has over 28 years’ experience in the UK market working to design and install solar thermal systems countrywide. The company offers a wide variety of solar hot water systems to suit almost any application and to provide the highest levels of comfort. The company offers its systems as supplier and/or as turnkey contractor, with a focus on large system installations.

AES is continually developing its solar thermal technology and makes a wide range of flat plate collectors that are lightweight, highly efficient, cost-effective and ideal for both new build and retrofit projects. AES also provides design and technical advice for customers and end users.
